Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Surat with flexibility for some remote work. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will develop and execute sales strategies, manage client communications, and identify new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include providing customer support, conducting sales presentations, managing relationships with existing clients, and facilitating training sessions for team members or partners to enhance product knowledge and sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including achieving targets and fostering strong client relationships
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members to effectively promote products and services
- Proficiency in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the printing and packaging industry is an advantage
