Role Description This is a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Delhi
The specialist will drive sales growth by engaging with HNI customers, Chain of stores & B2B Clients understanding their requirements, presenting product lines, and closing sales in line with company targets. Daily responsibilities include managing client relationships, handling inquiries, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction before and after sales. The role involves executing marketing activities, supporting promotional campaigns, and gathering market and competitor insights to help refine sales and marketing strategies. The specialist will also collaborate with internal teams, support training initiatives for partners or junior team members, and maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally and build lasting relationships.
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to meet or exceed targets and effectively present and promote products.
- Experience in Sales Management or coordination, including pipeline tracking, reporting, and supporting team objectives.
- Ability to deliver or support Training related to product knowledge, sales techniques, or customer engagement best practices.
- Prior experience in jewelry, luxury goods, or related retail/wholesale sectors is an advantage.
- Comfort with basic CRM tools, MS Office, and maintaining accurate sales documentation.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
