Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing sales processes from initial contact through closing. The role also involves training team members, creating effective sales strategies, and working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to build relationships and address customer needs effectively.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Capability to conduct Training sessions and share knowledge to empower team members.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Result-driven mindset, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in working in a collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the medical products or healthcare industry will be an advantage.
