Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Ahmedabad, with an opportunity for partial remote flexibility. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and engaging with potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing training on products, and managing sales processes to meet organizational goals. The specialist will also actively contribute to marketing efforts to promote the company’s product range.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Sales Management, and developing effective strategies to achieve targets
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to build relationships and address client needs
- Experience in providing Training to clients or internal teams to enhance product knowledge
- Understanding of marketing principles or experience in promoting technical products is a plus
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer preferences to adapt strategies
- Proficiency in tracking and managing sales pipelines and reporting performance metrics
- Availability to work in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for occasional remote work
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
