Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include developing and managing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, delivering training to the sales team, and providing excellent customer service. Additional duties involve identifying market trends, expanding client bases, improving brand visibility, and increasing overall sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Experience in Customer Service and exceptional communication skills
- Ability to train and support team members for continuous skill development
- Proficiency in problem-solving and strategic planning to drive marketing campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in a similar role and knowledge of the food industry is a plus
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working under minimal supervision
