Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing sales activities, building strong customer relationships, communicating with clients, providing training to sales staff, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth. The position is based in Lucknow, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively addressing client needs and building long-term relationships
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and drive business growth
- Capability in Training team members to improve their skills and achieve shared objectives
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategic plans
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the edible oil or consumer goods industry is an advantage
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage time efficiently
