Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Nasik. The specialist will manage customer relationships, spearhead sales efforts, implement marketing strategies, coordinate training programs, and ensure the effective promotion of products or services all over Maharashtra and Gujrat . The role includes identifying sales opportunities, nurturing leads, and driving client satisfaction while contributing to long-term business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and achieve predetermined targets.
- Capability in Training to educate and guide team members or customers about products and services.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop impactful sales and marketing strategies.
- Exceptional problem-solving, time-management, and leadership abilities.
- Prior experience in the engineering or industrial sector is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
