Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Mumbai. We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Expert with strong knowledge of the packaging industry, especially non-woven and woven bags. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, leading a sales team, and converting leads into long-term business.
Qualifications
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets
- Identify and tap into new markets, industries, and client segments
- Meet potential clients, understand their packaging requirements, and present suitable solutions
- Build and manage a team of marketing executives for field sales and lead generation
- Assign targets, monitor performance, and ensure consistent lead flow from the team
- Generate, track, and convert leads into successful business deals
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals effectively
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
