Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, conducting market research, building and maintaining customer relationships, managing sales pipelines, and contributing to strategic marketing initiatives. Additional responsibilities include representing the company to clients, delivering presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written Communication skills and the ability to convey ideas effectively.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and a customer-centric approach to enhance satisfaction.
- Experience in Sales and the ability to identify and close sales opportunities effectively.
- Knowledge and experience in Training and Sales Management, including coaching sales teams and managing sales workflows.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Prior experience in sales and marketing roles is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
