Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Visakhapatnam for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing sales activities, and maintaining positive client relationships. Responsibilities include conducting customer consultations, delivering product presentations, coordinating and leading sales training, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address inquiries.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed targets consistently.
- Experience in Training and supporting sales teams to optimize their performance.
- Strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
