Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in the Greater Chennai Area. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will manage day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, meeting with customers, presenting AV solutions, and closing deals. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing product information and demonstrations, and offering responsive customer service. The specialist will support marketing initiatives, such as campaigns, promotions, and training sessions for partners, while tracking sales performance and market feedback to help refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and partners.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and achieve sales targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product and solution presentations and support partner enablement.
- Candidates should have knowledge of or interest in audio-visual products and technology.
- Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in basic computer and CRM tools, along with good organizational and time-management abilities.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, and prior experience in sales or AV distribution, is preferred.
