Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing sales management and training processes. The role also involves collaboration with the marketing team to generate leads and drive growth for the company.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service
- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to develop and deliver effective Training programs
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the IT or software development industry is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
