Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist in Bangalore who can actively drive revenue while building Liki's presence across offline channels. This role blends field sales, partnerships, and marketing execution: ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and on-ground action.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Sales & Business Development
- Identify and onboard retail partners, cafés, distributors, and stores
- Drive bulk sales and white-label partnerships
- Build relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Handle B2B and B2C sales opportunities
🔹 Marketing & Brand Growth
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns
- Manage social media coordination (with internal/external teams)
- Support content creation for promotions, launches, and campaigns
- Coordinate in-store branding and visibility
- Assist in running ads and promotional activities
🔹 Events & Activations
- Represent LIKI at food festivals, events, and exhibitions
- Plan and execute sampling campaigns and activations
- Build brand awareness through on-ground engagement
🔹 Market Research & Strategy
- Track competitors, pricing, and market trends
- Identify new growth opportunities and locations
- Provide feedback to improve product positioning and sales strategy
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Experience in F&B, retail, or FMCG is a strong plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with field work + office coordination
- Basic understanding of digital marketing / social media
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
