Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves planning and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and promoting LIC's wide range of insurance products. Daily responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, conducting client training and consultations, and achieving sales targets. The specialist will also contribute to team initiatives and collaborate to enhance sales and marketing performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to conduct client Training sessions and build client trust for long-term service
- Proactive and self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Basic understanding of insurance products; experience in the financial or insurance sector is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in local languages and familiarity with the regional market is a plus
