Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, delivering exceptional customer service, managing sales processes, and conducting training sessions. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies and campaigns that drive growth and improve customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and drive business growth.
- Experience in Training to improve team performance and share best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of the transportation or ride-hailing industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
