Role:
Own both demand generation and revenue conversion: marketing drives pipeline, sales converts it.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads via campaigns, content, email, and LinkedIn
- Execute marketing activities (digital campaigns, events, partnerships)
- Qualify leads and conduct discovery calls
- Deliver demos, handle objections, and close deals
- Manage pipeline in HubSpot or Salesforce
- Align marketing efforts with sales targets and feedback
Requirements
- Strong communication, sales, and marketing fundamentals
- Experience in lead generation and conversion
- Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, ads, email)
- Ability to manage both pipeline and campaigns
- Data-driven mindset (conversion rates, CAC, ROI)

- Leads generated per month
