Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Pune District. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and managing client accounts. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and prospective clients to drive business growth and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue potential clients
- Strong skills in Business strategy and client acquisition
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Experience in Account Management to maintain and nurture ongoing client relationships
- Proactive approach, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to meet targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge or experience in real estate and property transactions is an added advantage
