Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and developing sales strategies. Responsibilities also include creating and delivering training programs, managing sales performance, and supporting the promotion of Labnmed's diagnostic services.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively connect with clients and address their needs
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including setting and meeting sales targets
- Experience in Training and coaching teams to achieve sales goals
- Ability to create impactful marketing strategies and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic setting
- Prior experience in healthcare or diagnostics sales is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
