Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Vijayawada. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying potential customers, providing excellent customer service, creating and delivering sales presentations, and offering training on product knowledge to clients. The role requires collaboration with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, including achieving targets and managing sales processes
- Experience in delivering Training sessions to clients or internal teams
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Prior experience in the Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, or Aqua industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
