Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Hyderabad, with flexibility to work partially from home. The candidate will manage various sales and marketing activities, including building strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and identifying business opportunities. Responsibilities include creating and delivering effective sales presentations, managing the sales process, training staff or clients when necessary, and contributing to the development of marketing strategies to enhance brand growth and presence.
Qualifications
- Client acquisition, Sales and Marketing.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and meet goals.
- Ability to provide Training to team members or clients in sales techniques or product knowledge.
- Motivation, adaptability, and a proactive approach in managing hybrid work scenarios.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in marketing or sales roles, particularly in branding or scent marketing, is a plus.
- Proficient organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
