Role Description
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site position at La Pahi Palace, located in Pandaul. The role involves promoting our banquet and resort spaces to prospective clients, managing customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and coordinating marketing campaigns to drive business growth. The candidate will collaborate with the event team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, provide training sessions for staff on sales and customer service practices, and maintain sales records and reports.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address their needs effectively
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to set, meet, and exceed targets
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and provide Training to teams in customer interaction and sales techniques
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of the hospitality or event management industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic marketing tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
