Role Description
This is a full-time/Part time, on-site/ WFH role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies, identifying potential clients, nurturing client relationships, and managing training initiatives for the sales team. Additionally, the specialist will monitor market trends, analyze customer feedback, and execute plans to achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with clients and address their needs
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed targets
- Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams to enhance performance
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies proactively
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed records of sales activities and outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in steel, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus
