Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Chennai with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The specialist will drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and managing accounts to foster relationships. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, implementing sales techniques, delivering training sessions to optimize team performance, and focusing on customer service excellence as well as ensuring sales targets are met effectively within dynamic environments.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to develop, execute, and oversee sales strategies
- Ability to deliver impactful Training sessions to enhance team capabilities and customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools and sales analytics is a plus
- Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a technology-focused industry is advantageous
