Role Description
Khanna Polyrib Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator / Sales & Business Development Executive to manage day-to-day sales operations from our office in Delhi.
This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for supporting the complete sales cycle, ensuring timely customer communication, maintaining sales records, coordinating quotations and orders, following up with customers, and assisting the management in generating new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-centric approach while being capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and send quotations to customers accurately and promptly.
- Follow up regularly on submitted quotations to maximize conversion into orders.
- Coordinate with customers regarding pricing, product specifications, delivery schedules, and order status.
- Maintain detailed records of quotations, enquiries, orders, and customer interactions.
- Track pending enquiries and ensure timely follow-up until closure.
- Coordinate internally with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Follow up with customers for advance payments, pending payments, and outstanding receivables.
- Generate invoices, purchase order records, and maintain complete sales documentation.
- Identify and approach prospective customers through telephone, email, LinkedIn, and online platforms.
- Develop new business opportunities by generating qualified leads across target industries.
- Maintain and regularly update customer databases and CRM records.
- Handle incoming customer enquiries professionally and provide timely responses.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Assist in preparing technical presentations, product catalogues, and marketing materials whenever required.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers while continuously expanding the customer base.
- Support senior management in achieving overall sales and business development objectives.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, customer support, business development, or a similar role is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication and organizational skills may also apply.
