Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and driving new business opportunities, managing sales activities to meet and exceed targets, delivering customer training for product knowledge, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive campaigns and promotions. The role also involves preparing sales reports and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve revenue targets and identify growth opportunities
- Experience in Training to provide informative product demonstrations and educate customers
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and adapt to dynamic business environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with polymer and engineering plastics products and applications is a plus
- Keen analytical skills and proficiency with sales tools and CRM software
