Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist willing to take care of our business in Odisha, Bihar and Jharkhand. The responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, managing sales processes, executing effective marketing strategies, and building strong customer relationships. Additional duties include providing product-related training to customers, managing sales pipelines, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and build relationships with clients effectively.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, close deals, and drive revenue growth.
- Experience in Training customers and team members on product use and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills are an asset for this role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in the medical technologies or healthcare industry is an advantage.
