We preserve nature's rare creations and offer visitors authentic products, educational experiences, and world-class collections.
Role DescriptionWe are looking for a passionate Business Development Executive to drive business growth by developing new customer relationships, strategic partnerships, and sales opportunities. You will represent KaramUniKO to individuals, schools, colleges, travel operators, corporate clients, museums, and business partners while promoting our unique collection of rare natural gemstones, minerals, crystals, fossils, and museum-quality specimens.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Promote KaramUniKO's museum, showroom, and e-commerce offerings.
- Coordinate with schools, colleges, travel agencies, corporates, and institutions for visits and partnerships.
- Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Achieve monthly business development and sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools is preferred.
- Experience in sales, business development, retail, hospitality, tourism, or marketing is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
