Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Faridabad. The specialist will be responsible for driving sales, managing relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, and offering training where necessary. The role involves implementing marketing strategies, managing sales initiatives, and achieving business goals in alignment with the company’s objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed targets
- Capability to deliver Training sessions and support for emerging sales strategies and approaches
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficient organizing, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience with safety or industrial product sales is a plus
- Proficiency in English and local languages, along with computer literacy
