Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving engagement through exceptional customer service. Additional duties involve sales training, evaluating team performance, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve marketing and sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proven Sales experience and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams for performance improvement
- Ability to develop and execute Sales Management strategies effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales and/or marketing roles
