Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Noida. The role involves identifying and nurturing client relationships, driving sales goals, and engaging with potential customers to understand their investment needs. Responsibilities include creating and delivering customized sales strategies, providing training and guidance to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize customer engagement. The role also requires organizing and managing sales activities to achieve organizational targets effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain client relationships
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Ability to conduct Training and share knowledge to align teams and clients with investment opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset for team participation
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong ability to prioritize and multitask
- Prior experience in real estate, property investment, or a related field is a plus
