Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Hyderabad. The role involves promoting instiERP's solutions, identifying potential clients, managing customer relationships, and driving sales initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, creating and implementing sales strategies, providing training to clients, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This position will require close collaboration with internal teams to address client feedback and continually refine marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional verbal and written Communication abilities
- Proven expertise in Sales strategies and Sales Management
- Experience in providing outstanding Customer Service and conducting impactful client Training sessions
- Ability to identify, approach, and convert prospects into long-term clients
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the education or technology sectors is a plus
