Senior Sales & Marketing Manager – ERP-looking for immediate Joiners
Job Summary
The Senior Sales & Marketing Manager – ERP is responsible for driving ERP solution sales, developing marketing strategies, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets. The role focuses on business development, enterprise client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and leading sales initiatives for ERP software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. ERP Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP solutions across industries.
- Lead the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct ERP product presentations, demos, and solution discussions with decision-makers.
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize deals with enterprise clients.
2. Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement ERP marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
- Promote ERP solutions through digital marketing, industry events, webinars, and networking.
- Work with the marketing team to create sales collateral, case studies, and presentations.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT heads, and business decision-makers.
- Manage key accounts and long-term client partnerships.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
4. ERP Solution Consulting
- Understand client business processes and recommend appropriate ERP solutions.
- Collaborate with ERP consultants and implementation teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide pre-sales support including requirement analysis and proposal preparation.
5. Team Leadership
- Guide and mentor junior sales and marketing executives.
- Monitor sales performance and pipeline management.
- Conduct training on ERP product positioning and sales techniques.
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track sales targets, revenue growth, and marketing ROI.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of ERP solutions (e.g., SAP ERP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo ERP)
- Proven B2B software sales experience
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to manage enterprise clients
- Knowledge of business processes (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing)
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
- MBA in Marketing / Sales preferred
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in ERP sales, enterprise software sales, or IT solutions sales
- Experience handling large enterprise clients and complex sales cycles
