We are a boutique financial research and investment intelligence firm serving international M&A and alternative investment clients. Recently backed by a U.S.-based family office, we are scaling rapidly and looking for a senior marketing leader to build and run our demand generation engine from the ground up.
About the role
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will build and run a high-velocity, data-driven marketing engine for a professional services business — owning the full funnel from Awareness → Engagement → Consideration → Conversion.
You will work directly with firm leadership and coordinate closely with the sales function on qualification, handoff processes, and closed-loop pipeline reporting.
What you'll lead
- Build and execute multi-channel demand generation across paid social, paid search, email, outbound, and remarketing.
- Operate HubSpot as the central marketing system: workflows, automations, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, sequences, and attribution reporting.
- Develop persona-based content paths, nurture sequences, and conversion flows.
- Execute outbound programs across email, LinkedIn, and calling workflows — including list building, segmentation, and testing.
- Manage creative for ads, landing pages, conversion paths, and A/B experiments.
- Track CPL, CAC, ROAS, funnel progression, and pipeline contribution; report insights to leadership regularly.
- Coordinate with Sales on qualification criteria, handoff processes, and closed-loop reporting.
- Oversee freelancers or creative partners as needed.
- Maintain campaign QA, performance hygiene, and continuous optimization cycles.
What you bring
- Deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise across Marketing Hub and Sales Hub — this is non-negotiable.
- 2–7 years of experience in B2B or services-focused growth marketing; consulting, technology services, or financial services background preferred.
- Proven track record generating qualified meetings and improving funnel conversion metrics.
- Hands-on execution experience in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, and list-based targeting.
- Strong outbound orchestration experience: sequencing, messaging, list operations, and enrichment.
- High data literacy — comfortable working with CAC, CPL, ROAS, funnel math, attribution models, and dashboarding.
- Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe (PDFs and creative assets), and PowerPoint for building and editing marketing collateral and sales-ready materials.
- Excellent spoken and written English; confident working with U.S. leadership.
- Comfortable with U.S. hours overlap.
Preferred
- Prior experience in consulting, technology services, financial services, or other professional-services environments.
- Experience working with U.S. or international markets.
- Prior exposure to leading small pods or coordinating multi-stakeholder workflows.
