Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and growing client relationships, conducting customer training sessions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role will also involve identifying target markets, generating leads, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and address their needs.
- Proficiency in Sales, including generating leads, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.
- Capability in Training and mentoring team members to enhance their sales and marketing performance.
- Experience in Sales Management, including pipeline management and aligning sales efforts with strategic objectives.
- Masters degree in lifescience is preferred.
- Previous experience in the life sciences or biotechnology industries is beneficial.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
