Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves generating and qualifying leads, conducting property consultations with prospective buyers, and guiding them through listings and site visits. The specialist will design and execute local marketing campaigns, manage online and offline promotional activities, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with property owners and internal teams, delivering consistent customer support, and contributing to sales targets through effective communication and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage with clients, present property options clearly, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, manage site visits, and ensure a positive experience throughout the buying journey.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert leads, negotiate deals, and work toward meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to support onboarding of new team members and assist in organizing sales processes and initiatives.
