Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in the Greater Surat Area. The role includes generating and converting leads, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing customer relationships to support organizational growth. The specialist will provide excellent customer service, train clients on the company's offerings, and oversee sales processes to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing team to align strategies and meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and provide top-tier support.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management with the ability to drive results and achieve targets.
- Skills in Training to onboard and guide clients and team members effectively.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative on-site environment in the Greater Surat Area.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
