Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Vadodara. The role involves driving sales efforts, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include designing and implementing sales strategies, providing training, conducting market research, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Collaboration with other teams, maintaining customer satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities are also key elements of this role.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and address their needs
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to meet targets
- Capability in Training clients and team members to enhance understanding of services and processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to foster productive client relationships
- Highly organized with strong planning and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
