Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Pune and the Bengaluru Division. The primary responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new clients, managing customer accounts, and driving revenue growth through targeted sales and marketing strategies. The role will also involve delivering training to team members, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and executing sales management activities to meet organizational goals. The candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, negotiation, and account management
- Experience in conducting Training sessions to support team development and enhance team capabilities
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment to contribute to organizational success
- Proficiency in creating and executing effective marketing strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the IT or technology sector is an advantage
