Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager – Steel (TMT) & PolymersCompany: GoMaterial Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Pan India
About the Role:GoMaterial is looking for a highly experienced and industry-specialised Sales & Marketing Manager for its Steel (TMT) and Polymer segment. We're already operating at a Pan-India level and are looking for a professional who can scale the business, strengthen supply networks, and drive high-volume sales in these categories.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Pan-India sales for Steel (TMT) and Polymer products
- Expand and strengthen supplier, distributor, and channel partner network
- Build relationships with manufacturers, stockists, builders, and infrastructure contractors
- Identify large-volume business opportunities including institutional and project sales
- Lead price negotiations, procurement coordination, and bulk deal closures
- Develop and execute growth strategies for scaling revenue in these categories
- Monitor market trends, commodity pricing, and competitor activities
- Work closely with internal teams for order execution, logistics, and client servicing
- Ensure consistent pipeline development and revenue generation
Requirements:- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the Steel (TMT) and/or Polymer industry
- Strong understanding of Pan-India supply chain and pricing dynamics
- Established network with manufacturers, distributors, and large buyers
- Proven track record of handling high-volume sales and bulk transactions
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills
Preferred Background:- Experience in steel trading, TMT distribution, or polymer/raw material sales
- Exposure to B2B platforms, procurement, or construction/infrastructure sectors
- Candidates who have worked with large suppliers or aggregators
Compensation:- Salary: As per last drawn CTC + attractive performance incentives
