Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Baripada. The role involves identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, and driving sales. Responsibilities include collaborating on sales strategies, providing training to team members, communicating with customers to address their needs, and managing sales activities to meet targets. The role also focuses on ensuring excellent customer service and promoting Hi-Line Elevators’ products and solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Experience in Sales, Sales Management, and driving sales campaigns
- Proficiency in Training and mentoring sales teams to improve performance
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a keen interest in elevators and automation products
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the elevators and escalators industry is a plus
