Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Jaipur. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to promote travel packages, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting sales meetings, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role includes training team members on sales techniques and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel trends and offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation and achieving targets
- Experience and capability in Training team members to meet organizational goals
- Knowledge of travel and tourism industry trends is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field
