Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The individual will be responsible for developing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, managing sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key tasks include creating and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and delivering training to the sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Proven expertise in Sales, including meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in Sales Management and coordinating team activities
- Proficiency in training and supporting staff for skill enhancement and alignment with organizational goals
- Analytical skills for market research and strategy development
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in heritage, arts, or cultural sectors is a plus
