Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Goregaon. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving customer engagement. Key responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, building partnerships, developing marketing campaigns, training staff to meet sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals will also be a crucial part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively engaging with clients and resolving inquiries.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and meet targets.
- Experience in designing and delivering Training sessions to improve team performance and sales outcomes.
- Ability to work collaboratively and align sales strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Prior experience in sales or marketing roles, particularly in retail or cultural industries, is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
