Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities. The specialist will actively engage with customers, oversee the sales pipeline, and work closely with internal departments to align sales and marketing efforts with business objectives. Ensuring client satisfaction and meeting sales targets will be integral to the role.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and address their needs
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving targets
  • Ability to provide Training and support for team members to enhance sales capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and seize business opportunities
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of APIs/chemical products is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools is beneficial
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment
  • Track record of establishing formulation industry relationships is a big plus
