Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in the Pune Division. The role involves executing daily sales and marketing activities, fostering relationships with customers, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining outstanding customer service. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will also develop and implement sales strategies, provide customer training, and manage sales initiatives to meet business objectives. The role will require close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve sales targets and optimize processes
- Experience in providing customer training and educating clients about products or services
- Ability to work collaboratively and provide proactive solutions to client and business challenges
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
- Prior experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably in the cosmetics or healthcare industry, is an advantage
