Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Bengaluru. The role involves developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and creating marketing strategies. Additional responsibilities include delivering customer training sessions, managing sales pipelines, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating with the service team for post-sales support.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management with a proven ability to achieve targets
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in conducting and facilitating customer Training sessions
- Proficiency in building and managing client relationships
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Relevant experience in sales and marketing within the industrial or manufacturing sector is a plus
