Hiring: Sales Partner (Commission-Based) – Gyaansaar Technologies
Gyaansaar Technologies is seeking motivated and entrepreneurial sales professionals to drive the adoption of our software solutions across India. This is an opportunity to build a long-term revenue stream while working closely with a growing technology company.
Role Overview
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across target markets
- Present and demonstrate Gyaansaar’s software solutions to prospective clients
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business
- Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and customer success
Compensation Structure
- 100% performance-based commission model
- Competitive commission on every successful deal
- No upper limit on earnings; income directly linked to performance
Key Requirements
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of Accounting and CRM systems (or willingness to learn)
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in B2B sales or software sales is preferred but not mandatory
Work Structure
- Fully remote role; work from anywhere in India
