Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Ahmedabad. The role involves promoting the club’s offerings, developing sales strategies to attract new customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Responsibilities include identifying market trends, conducting customer outreach, organizing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with various departments to enhance customer engagement. Additionally, the role involves delivering exceptional customer service and providing information and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Proven experience in Sales, Sales Management, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Ability to conduct Training sessions and effectively present products or services to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in market research and identifying business opportunities to support customer acquisition and retention.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of the hospitality or sports industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
