Role Description
This is a remote, unpaid internship role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The intern will be responsible for promoting Grepin’s platform to potential users, developing and executing sales strategies, providing customer support, and assisting with client onboarding. The intern will also collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that attract and engage users, analyze market trends, and assist in building a comprehensive sales pipeline.
Compensation: This is an unpaid internship; however, the intern will receive commission on each successful sale or paid onboarding generated through their efforts. This provides an opportunity to earn based on performance while gaining real-world sales and marketing experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to convey ideas effectively, both written and verbal
- Customer service and relationship-building skills to ensure user satisfaction
- Sales and sales management abilities, with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth
- Training skills to onboard and educate users about the platform
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and demonstrate self-motivation
- Proficiency in using outreach and CRM tools is a plus
- Background or strong interest in fitness and wellness is preferred
