Role: Sales & Marketing Specialist (On-Site | Pune)
We are looking to add a Sales & Marketing Specialist to the team, someone who can contribute to both business development and brand growth within the sports and events space.
This role involves driving sales initiatives, managing client relationships and identifying new opportunities across events and partnerships. You will also work closely with internal teams to support marketing efforts and sponsorship integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales outreach and build strong client relationships
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Support planning and execution of marketing initiatives
- Manage end-to-end sales processes and client coordination
- Contribute to sponsorship acquisition and partner integration
- Collaborate with internal teams across events and operations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and projects simultaneously
- Good understanding of market trends and brand positioning
- Experience in events, sports, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred
